Copyediting is the process of correcting, condensing, organising and otherwise modifying text with an intention of producing a correct, consistent, accurate and complete work.

Proofreading is the art of finding and correcting typographical errors and mistakes in grammar, style and spelling.

I'm Angela Valente, and I'm a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).

I have a great eye for detail, love words, and can carry out accurate and consistent calculations and checks, including tabular data. I specialise in the following media and subjects:
